Политика против дискриминација

Anti-discrimination policy is the step between acceptance of differences and the abatement of discriminatory treatment because of these differences. But, the implementation of this policy requires previous judicial and theoretical experience and practical exercise. The legal framework, introduced by the European Union, is put into practice in Germany with the help of the General Equal Treatment Act. Anti-discrimination policy takes place in society by taking into account findings of gender and diversity research. In our seminars, we educate our participants in these two fields and encourage them to discuss strategies for action.

Our anti-discrimination policy lectures include:

  • General Equal Treatment Act (incl. training according § 12 II AGG)
  • Equality laws of the federal states in Germany
  • Gender dynamics in judicial context
