In addition to her academic studies Julia Schrittenlacher works in the faculty of humanities at the university of Essen. She is also particularly interested in political education and the development of opportunities for participation among explicitly young students.
Furthermore through various internships, including in the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia and her honorary position in church youth work, she was able to further expand her commitment and interest.
From august to september 2021 she did an internship at the CIVIC-Institute.
