His studies include, among other subjects, political science, sociology, and media and communication studies.

Professionally, he has already gained experience through student part-time jobs at GVO Young Professionals, Schülerhilfe tutoring center in Leverkusen-Hitdorf, Hey You Marketing in Cologne, as well as several jobs in the hospitality industry.

In 2024, he completed an internship at the local radio station Radio Leverkusen.

From August to September 2025, Sebastian König will be working as an intern at the CIVIC Institute.
