Regina Tuscher has a long-standing professional experience in the public sector and the labour administration. She held predominantly management positions in the insurance sector, here in the areas of human resources management, analysis & product development, and in the field of "Building trade and other branches". Moreover, she was engaged in project management, the collaboration in a cooperation of European building insurances. She contributed in the work of the bodies of the GDV (Association of the German insurance companies). Those activies were connected with stays abroad in the USA and France. For several years she had been a member of CIB (International Council for Research and Innovation in Building and Construction).

Since 2005, Regina Tuscher has been working as an independent lawyer and mediator.
