After graduating from high school in 2022, Felix Knoop first completed a voluntary social service year.

Through various volunteer roles, such as serving as an altar server or completing his FSJ at a residential facility for people with disabilities, he gained extensive experience in education and organization. In addition, thanks to a local government internship in his city, he is familiar with the processes of a traditional simulation game and has also gained insights into political work. He has also worked as a student assistant on a research project, thereby gaining experience in data analysis.

Felix Knoop has been working as an intern at the Civic Institute since September 2026.
