on the topic "Identifying and addressing corruption
vulnerabilities at local level" in
Skopje (Macedonia) took place with active participation by the CIVIC
Institute for international education during the period from 03rd

they were exchanging intensively best practice examples as well as their
different experience concerning new instruments in the area of preventing corruption.
Holger-Michael Arndt from the CIVIC Institute for international
education presented the German approach of preparing a risk map that contains a
risk survey and a risk analysis. This method enables the identification of work
places that are especially endangered by corruption and makes it possible that employees
check the existing security instruments.
discussions will be continued at the next regional conference of the UNDP in
Panama in 2014.
