Since 1996 she works as a freelance executive communication coach in Austria, Switzerland and Slovakia. The companies she worked for are e.g. the Austrian Broadcasting, the AKH Vienna, Allianz Insurance, the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, Raiffeisen International, The Austrian Land Surveying and Measurement Office and the OMV. 

Over 10 years she was in charge with several projects at the Friedrich-Funder-Institut for journalism and media research. The projects were specifically addressed to young journalists in Eastern and South-Eastern European countries. 

From 2001 to 2007 Martina Eichlinger operated as a lector in the field of communications, conduct of negotiations and conflict management at the University of Applied Sciences in Vienna.

She was Co-founder of the advanced training course for Third Age Coaching in 2004 together with the Vienna Adult Education Center. Till 2008 she acted as organisational and training manager. 

Right there she is in charge of a program dealing with sales consulting for the inhouse trainings.

Her particular concern is the participation in voiceover speaking for the production of acoustic image description and acoustic learning material for the Austrian Assocation for the Blind.

Since 2005 she is the head of the advanced training course for “Career and Educational Guidance” at the WIFI (educational institution of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber).

Starting in 2004 she has been assigned from the Federal Chancellery of the Republic of Austria with the topic customer orientation in public administration within the training curriculum of the Austrian federal employees.

She works as instructor and moderator in simulation games dealing with the topics of minorities and the development of civil societies and democratic processes on an international level, mainly in the Czech Republic, in Slovakia and the Ukraine.

In her trainings and coachings she focuses primarily on:

  •  Successfully telephoning for management assistance and customer service, at the hotline, in support and quality assurance as well as individual dialogue guides for outbound telephone calls.
