Bachelor's degree in social sciences (media, politics, society) at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, Germany (ongoing)

After graduating from high school in 2019, Sarah Hesse completed an internship at the German Bundestag and then gained her first experience abroad as an au pair in Ireland, deepening her experience in working with children.

Back in Germany, a second internship followed in 2020 at the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg in Stuttgart, where Sarah Hesse gained a lot of practical experience. In the same year, she started her studies in social sciences at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf. During her studies she completed an internship in political communication at Lanxess and an Erasmus semester at Andrassy University in Budapest. In Budapest, she studied International Relations during that time.

Since 2022, she has been working as a student tutor for the CIVIC Institute.
